To facilitate (to teachers, thinking about their own content areas) a bigger picture of what we want students to learn (the end game), then determine the pathways and needed to get there and how to overcome obstacles in the way.

I like what one of the groups shared about starting with the end in mind. I know it isn't a new idea, but I liked its connection to the discussion of addressing unfinished learning and I want to work that into the discussion with my teachers.

For our last staff PD we actually backed up to address Prioritizing. I am glad to know this was a good move. For IF's it is as important to measure where are staff is at as it is to measure where our students are. Thank you for the coaching stance you began with.

There were no new takeaways that I learned, but I did get reassured in how we are progressing without teachers. Departments are at different stages in this process, but we continue to work on it to better our students. I enjoyed the coaching aspect of this PD today. I was able to get some advice that will help with this process.
