         <description><![CDATA[<div>The study said that people need to exercise to get their body heathy. if you do push-up's you can get your musles moving. In the article it says "Doing push-ups makes your muscles work hard. When your muscles work hard, they get stronger." This shows your musles can get stronger by doing push-up's.</div><div>          Another type of stretch is yoga. Yoga makes your body fexable and easy to do big stretches. The passage says "Bending and stretching keep you flexible. That means your arms and legs can make big moves without pain."</div><div>          The last type of  stretch is running. This gets your heart to be nice and strong. In the passage it says "Your heart gets a workout from things like running, this helps your heart stay strong."</div><div>            Their are alot more stretches but these are just a few. You should always do either exercise for either 15 minutes, 30 minutes or an hour. To sum things up you should always stretch to have a nice healthy life.<br><br></div>]]></description>

The piece taught me that kids need more exercise than adults, I know this because the text “Get moving just a little” states that “They suggest that adults get at least 30 minutes of exercise daily. (Kids and teens should exercise for at least one hour a day.)” This quote depicts that kids should exercise more than adults because I hour is more than 30 minutes. Also, one kind of exercise is for your heart. Your heart gets a workout from things like running and jumping. These exercises make you breathe faster. They also make your heart pump faster. This helps your heart stay strong. Another exercise is for your muscles. The article states that “Other kinds of exercises are good for your muscles. Doing push-ups or playing tug-of-war makes your muscles work hard. When your muscles work hard, they get stronger. “Additionally, dancing and yoga can make your body more flexible. The author of the article wrote that “Bending and stretching keep you flexible. That means your arms and legs can make big moves without pain.” As you can see, there are many ways to exercise and that kids should exercise more than adults.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>According to the study discussed in the article, 15 min. and over is how much exercise you need each day to be healthy.&nbsp; An example, from the text is "It found evidence that people who exercise just 15 min. a day would likely live 3 years longer." this shows, that you are more healthier when you exercise at least 15 min. a day.&nbsp; another example is "The findings suggest that just 15 min. of moderate exercise can lead to a longer life."&nbsp; This demonstrates, that if you exercise it can lead to great things such as living longer.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;Running and jumping is good for you because it makes your heart stay strong. For example the text says "these exercises make you breathe faster and make your heat pump faster and thats how you make your heart strong.&nbsp; To sum things up, when you do running and jumping exercises you will have a really healthy heart especially when you start as a kid.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;Doing push ups or playing tug of war makes your muscles stronger.&nbsp; For example, it says "when your muscles work hard they get stronger."&nbsp; This exemplifies that tug of war or do push ups you are going to have very strong and big mucles.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;Yoga and dancing make your arms and legs move with out a lot of pain.
