We obviously got caught and I was told that I would never be able to see him again because this has happened multiple times. So for the sake of our friendship I lied and lied saying that it wasn't us and it was some teens across the street. Saying that they were having a party. The security guards went to the house and found people actually having a party. Clearing our name and we continued to run around the complex at night until we couldn't run anymore. Him and I don't talk to each other anymore but I do miss our little runaways. 

How does this relate to the theme? 
I lied to a security guard just so then I could see my bestfriend. Her and I had a crush on each other but couldn't tell anyone since her family was not very happy with gay relationships. So we never made anything official. Well when I stayed the night her cousin caught us kissing and screamed that we were gay. My first emotion was anger so I punched her and told her that if she told anyone I would beat her up. Her cousin cried and said that she promised not to tell anyone. We ended up ending things because we weren't close anymore and it wasn't working out. A month after the incident we were just playing uno and the one that I punched said that she saw the girl and I kissing. Her family was upset and "disgusted" and I had to tell them it wasn't true and that we thought the same gender kissing was gross so then her and I could stay friends. We talk sometimes but I will never forget the heartbreak in her eyes when she realized that her mom will never accept who she is.

How does this relate to the theme?

It was around 1:30am and She forgot to tell her mom I was staying over. She told me that her mom doesn't like me. So I ran out her window to hide in a bush. I sat there for half an hour. When I came back, my food was cold and soggy.
