Reform?
It also provided reform, in the way of changing governmental policies in the hopes of avoiding similar disasters in the future.

His plans were to take individual farmers lands and give them to a group of people to run. The farmers also had quotas that they had to meet and most of the food was taken and sent elsewhere. They also built lots of factors so the cost of living was low and there were enough jobs.

The goal of his plan was to transform the Soviet Union into an industrial power. He wanted his nation to be in the same league as the West. 
What were the outcomes?
Farmers were mad that their land was taken from them and that they had to shared all of their things with others. On top of that lots of farmers died from starvation. This they caused them to rebel by burning the crops and killing the livestock. Stalin targeted anyone he felt threaten by. This consisted of the Kulaks, and many religious groups. He also started a campaign of terror known as the Great Purge in which anyone who Stalin said threatened his power was arrested and sent to labor camps.

Some Historians argue that the Spanish Civil War is the actual beginning of WWII, to what extent do you agree or disagree and why?
To a somewhat great extent, the Spanish Civil War is the actual beginning of WWII because it was known to provide "invaluable experience" for Hitler and his military, the start of the Nazi bombing the American soldiers, and the inclusion of an abundance of weaponry such as airplanes and tanks. The main difference between Vargas and other totalitarian rulers was that he didn’t use violence to achieve or maintain control. He also abolished freedom of press, imprisoned his opponents, and eradicated the party system.
