         <description><![CDATA[<div>I use these posters in my class.  When a student is answering a question, no one else can raise their hand but they can interact with these hand gestures.  Everyone is required to "react" to what that person is saying.  Then when I call on another student, they start by replying to what the other student said and giving evidence from the text to defend their answer.</div>]]></description>
