Rationale
The Padlet has been introduced to provide a central, collaborative space for Associate Editors to share ideas, insights, and key discussion points arising from their respective meetings. As different groups often meet separately, important themes and innovative practices may not always be communicated widely or revisited through meeting notes alone. By using the Padlet, we can bridge these gaps, ensuring that valuable discussions and developments are captured in real time and made accessible to the wider TLI team. This approach encourages cross-group dialogue, supports ongoing conversations, and helps to build a community of shared practice. Ultimately, the Padlet strengthens collaboration, enhances transparency, and ensures that collective knowledge is effectively shared and built upon across all teams.
