         <description><![CDATA[<div>there is around 2000 castle through out the scottish landscape<br>ben Nevis is 4406 feet (1343 meters)<br>the highland is mostly peaks, cliffs and steep valeys while the middle og scotland contains sweeping hils and is lower.<br>to the south the land rises before meeting with the sea.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>cabesw toss and hammer throw. that is a part of the original games traditionel to scotland. caber toss they throw a log that is 40 kilos heavy and 5 meters long and then they have to throw it as high as possible .<br>hammer throw it's a wood or wire handle with a round metel ball for a head. he swings the hammer to build up speed and the lets go and the hammer flyes through the air.</div>]]></description>
