My work background includes the building industry, adult education, justice system, social housing and the not for profit human services sector.

I'm Karen Chipperfield from South-East Melbourne. I've been in my current role for 18 months and have worked on the admin side of the health sector for over 15 years.

My name is Evan Garnaut and I work in Port Pirie in regional South Australia. My background is in the building and construction industry. Currently I manage a small maintenance team in the not-for-profit sector. My role and team have grown over the last few years, so I'm looking forward to exploring my current mindset and becoming more agile and adaptable

I elected to study this micro-credential because of my work on two boards and my day-to-day work in local government. My career and board commitments are focused on housing and homelessness.

I am keen to challenge my thinking skills because it can become very easy to be stagnant and just accept the status quo.
