We came to Gandia with a bus in the afternoon. We all of us were really nervous to meet new people and families, that we needed to spend almost every minute with all week.  

Monday all of us met up at “Abad Sola” school. Where we introduced to the school principal and got a little tour of the school. We had some funny and interesting activities with our hostess and another students. Such as having to guess what the other person was drawing or wearing.  After this we all walked to the city centrum to have a little pause, and to look around. We visited a big church while we were on our way to the city centrum, i think we all were i awe over how beautiful it was. After that we started to work with our Family projects. Which involved, talking about our country or family’s traditions. 

Tuesday we once again were walking around the city, at first without our hostess who later joined us. (they were at the school, having class). We visited places such as Culture House, Teatre Del Raval and some cafés. 

Now this day was extremely exciting for us, the reason of that being us going to the beach and up in a mountain. We actually ended up going to three different beaches, in Gandia, Xábia and Javea (One in each city of course). While visiting Xábia beach, we also drove up into the mountains and from there we could see Ibiza. Marcos (One of the hosts) threw up, i think maybe three times. But the bus got cleaned and it didn’t smell, so we survived. 

We went another beach, but this time closer to the school. We were also a radio studio, where we saw and learned about that. Outside of the place with the radio studio (I think it was a University), a lot of people were gathered around this big piece of paper. They were celebrating International Women’s Day, to which we of course participated in. They put purple paint on our hand, and we put our handprint on the paper. We also wrote a lot of things related to women and equality.

Friday all students in the Erasmus project and their classmates had to meet up with the teacher at the bus station. Earlier on that day, we visited the mayor. A very nice lady, she talked a bit about the Erasmus Projekt, and give everyone some “souvenirs”.

2. To meet my family, and all the spanish students, I love them and all the travels we were on -  it was amazing!

   

3. In the theatre, because we need to work all together it was funny. But the best thing was when we works with ours partner.

2. I lived with a Spanish Family and it was exciting. Because I didn’t know them already from home. They took good care of me and I liked that. They had made a guest room for me.

3. One of the last days Gustav, I and the families we lived with was on a restaurant together. We ate burgers, sandwich and french fries. When we was finished we walked out in the center and ran after each other. That was funny and we used a lot of time there.
