Especially when you consider that for some of us it was just a single class in our credential program. Tracking ALL the various levels in your class can be overwhelming. Some confusion in how to MEET everyone's needs.<br>Square - We understand that students are at different levels and that we can use this information to help us see where students are at and what they can understand.&nbsp;<br>Triangle - 1. Use district ELD department for support. 2. You can learn alot in the standards. 3. WE ARE ALL ELD teachers!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Circle-Going around in my ahead is that I want to use the strategies presented today.&nbsp; I still am wondering how to stay balanced in teaching and facilitating practice with all the domains for ELA/ELD, so that I adequately support my ELs.<br><br>Square-I feel pretty confident with the sentence unpacking.<br><br>Triangle-1. Students need opportunities to manipulate and do something with reading/language.<br>2. Students need to have agency and voice in their own language acquisition.<br>3. Sorting and chunking are useful strategies.</div>]]></description>
