During my entrepreneurship course, I’ve taken a moment to reflect on my role as a production manager in the group. I thought it would be simple and easy to operate a business. Unlike what I had thought, running a business is not without its challenges. Noticing changes to the project's content, managing quality, developing innovative products, and optimizing processes have been both challenging and come up with new idea to improve operations are some of the challenges I've faced. But because everyone on my team gave their best to attending meetings and performing their tasks, I was equally grateful for them. In summary, the training course and working on this project have equipped me with a wealth of practical knowledge and expertise. As I work on this project, I genuinely hope that the lessons I've learnt will come in handy in the future.

From this project, I study a lot about working together with my team especially about handling a business. This subject teach me a lot for handling a business on how to manage a business and I understand that it is not only about handling about sales and manage about products, it also teach me on how to manage with customers complaints, reviews on how to improve our products better. Furthermore, it also teach me that mentality is also important in handling a business. From those things, we as a team can handle our business perfectly by working together. I as a marketing handler also face a challenging experience on how to promote our products efficiently. For example, searching a platform on how to get more insights for our business. To promote the product better, I choose to use Instagram platform to promote our products. I also provide a link for pre-order at the Instagram page description for our customers to order our products easily. I also provide posters every week to inform for open pre-orders and to make they interest for our products. Above all, the challenges of facing in customer relationship, teamwork, and problem-solving gives me inspiration in how to handle the business professionally to make the business improve more by time to time.
