         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>- After the american revolution brought tens of thousands of loyalists<br><br>-The first nations made alliances with both Britain and French&nbsp; during the 7 year war to get as many gifts as possible<br><br>-The loyalists started to move onto first nations without permission<br><br>-Between 1783 and 1812 the british would make un fair land trades with the first nations<br><br>-Since there was so many loyalist taking over first nations land the first nations would usually starve<br><br>-8000 loyalist landed on the st lawrence shores of quebec<br><br>-When they landed they were not happy with quebec because they were from britain and everyone spoke french and was under civil law.<br><br>-As more loyalist moved into quebec there became tension became the two groups the loyalists wanted land right away instead of leasing.<br><br>-The loyalists ended up building there own churches and schools so they didn't have see the french people</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- The loyalist who survived the first few years in british north america started to see results quickly.<br><br>- Whenever the british last their land because of was the british government would pay them a share of the land they lost<br><br>- in 1764 Samuel holland island began mapping out/ exploring ile saint jean which is now prince edward island&nbsp;<br><br>- The land contained land from the acadian expulsion<br><br>- Shelburne, Nova Scotia, was a small place settlement isolated from other parts of Nova Scotia. It was a very quiet place with a small population. Everything changed when masses of Loyalist refugees began arriving on Shelburne’s shores.<br><br>- After the settlers from britain arrived shelburne, nova scotia gained 10,000 pedestrians<br><br>- It soon became the largest british colony and the fourth largest city in north america behind New york, Philadelphia and boston.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
