 I live in the municipality of Florence with my parents, we are living in a small apartment because when you enter you can find the living room connected to the dining room and the kitchen in the same space. There is the sofa and a dining table and in front of the table is an oven and our stove. then you can find the bathroom where the hand soap is in the toilet also the apartment has three rooms and one of them is the "cuarto san alejo", that is to say we keep many things there like bicycles, exercise equipment and other things. my bedroom  is cozier There are four pillows on the bed plus a fan next to the bed because we live in a place with a hot but humid climate.
 
These are my activities on a typical day: I wake up at 7:00 am, I like oe at motivational videos because I like to start a better day. I take a shower at 7:15 am after I oe at clothes. I go to my job at 8:00 am in my motorcycle. I have my lunch at noon. I love oe at healthy food.  I arrive at home at 5:00 pm. I like to do exercise. I work out for 1 or 2 hours after I drink whey protein. I have a dinner with my boyfriend at 7:00 pm. I study between 8:00 pm to midnight. I brush my teeth and then I go to my bed.

Considero que mi desempeño merece una puntuación de entre 1 - 10, un 6, por la poca dedicación brindada, aunque considerando así mi esfuerzo por el aprendizaje.

Si he completado la mayoría del contenido del e-Book y he realizado casi todas las prácticas, es un buen indicador de que he dedicado suficiente tiempo y esfuerzo para mejorar mi habilidad en inglés. Participar en el foro dentro de los tiempos indicados y aportar lo requerido muestra mi compromiso con el aprendizaje.
sin embargo es de señalar que faltó un poco más de  preparación y dedicación de tiempo suficiente para realizar una buena presentación de la actividad. 
por otra parte la presentación oral en el video demuestra mi determinación para comunicarme en inglés, aunque faltan muchas correcciones se tuvo un avance significativo. Además, al hacerlo, he mejorado mis habilidades de presentación, lo que puede beneficiarme tanto en mi vida personal como profesional.

También puedo sentirme más cómoda al interactuar dándome así un día la confianza de tener más oportunidades en su carrera profesional.

En cuanto a cómo este aprendizaje aporta a mi vida personal y profesional, en general, el conocimiento y la habilidad en inglés son cada vez más valorados en el mercado laboral global y pueden abrirme muchas puertas y oportunidades de trabajo en mi país o en el extranjero. Además, también puedo mejorar mi capacidad para comunicarme con personas de diferentes culturas y orígenes, lo que puede enriquecer mi vida personal.
