I'm excited to see how I can implement Pear Deck to enhance student engagement and align platforms I plan to use already; such as Google Classroom and Newsela. A thought I had was incorporating this with reading assignments, as there are comprehension questions already generated to accompany articles from Newsela. Also, the audio feature is great for providing equitable accommodations for students who need it, as well as getting them used to utilizing these tools for when they need to know this for test taking in the future.
