I loved how you started out by shaking their hands and ending with that too.  It is very important to make a good first impression.  The only thing that I would point out is the fact that in the middle of the elevator speech, you started cracking your knuckles, or trying to.  Try to not do that in professional settings, such as an interview, because this makes you look nervous or as if you cannot act completely professional.  Great job overall!
