The geography in the book constantly creates challenges for G. in his journey. He must cross deserts, mountains, and the sea of death. How do you think Gilgamesh's mentality will change now that he can no longer revive Enkidu? Also if he goes back to his kingdom how will the people act and see him differently?

In the text it mentions that Utnapishtim told the boatman to bathe him, clothe him, and burn his pelts. Even though Utnapishtim is trying to help him Gilgamesh is refusing his help. Utnapishtim is only trying to assist him and doing what is best, and he is also the only one who can help Gilgamesh. If this is true why is Gilgamesh being rude and unreasonable to the assistance that is being offered to him?
