I've created a building utilization schedule that includes the current week's programs, activities, and rentals. I expect every  SMCC front desk employee to be familiar with this. This was created to help you all know exactly what's going on at every hour of the day. It's also being implemented because front desk staff should be more knowledgeable about our programs. I've heard several concerns about front desk staff not giving accurate information--this is something that needs to be fixed ASAP. Even though this is just a basic format, my hope is that it will be utilized to its fullest extent.
