1.a) Which instrument(s) have you picked up in this module?
Answer: I have picked up the ukulele in this module.

b) What is something new you
 have learnt about playing the instrument?
Answer: I have learnt to play some chords on the ukulele and learnt how to strum it correctly to produce a nice and vibrant texture.

c) What did you notice about your own learning style?
Answer: I noticed that I was a visual and aural learner. I prefer using pictures and images, as well as sound as music to learn new things.

d)Was it fun for you? Do you feel proud of your achievement? Why do you think so?
Answer: It was fun for me and I am proud of my achievement. My group learnt how to play "the Lava Song" as well as "the Cup Song" on the ukulele and it turned out very nice.

In the end, I decided to make a cake, but modified it such that it would be healthier and would have a higher manipulative skill. I chose to do red velvet cake in a jar.

Instead of using frosting, I chose to use greek yoghurt instead, which is much healthier than if I were to use frosting as frosting has a lot of sugar. I also added less sugar.

Before the test, I was worried I would not have enough time to complete baking the cake and then layering it. However, during the practical test, I made use of the time when the cake was baking to clean up the used dishes, the table and to prepare the materials I had to use later. In the end, the dish turned out well but it was quite dense and did not rise like I wanted it to. This artwork is fascinating to me as the art piece looks extremely dazzling and magical. She chose to print and cut out words, and when the words are pieced together, the sentence on top explains what reality is. In the reality section, a clock is painted on shades of grey, showing that reality is very limited and confined. The sentence below it describes what imagination is. In the imagination section, bright colours such as blue and pink are used instead, with a space-themed painting painted on the colours, making it look extremely dazzling and magical. This shows that imagination is boundless and vast and exciting. With her artwork, I can observe clearly how the contrast of the dull shades of grey and the bright bursts of colour correlate with the difference between reality and imagination.
