Harry Potter was the hero since he like any other hero, fought for the life of Nicholas Flamel.

Lord Voldemort was the shadow because he fought Harry at the end of the movie.

There were two mentors, Albus Dumbledore and Professor McGonagall, Dumbledore told all Harry what happened on the night his parents died.

The Dursley's are the Threshold Guardians but especially Uncle Vernon because he kept tearing apart the cards that Hogwarts sent.

Professor McGonagall is the shapeshifter for Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, she transformed when Harry was studying Transfiguration with his class she showed the class that she can transform into a cat.

There were plenty of allies for Harry, but Ron, and Hermione were his biggest allies because they helped him whenever he was in trouble.

Hagrid is the Herold because he acedently kept giving Harry, Ron, and Hermione advice on how to get to the Sorcercer's Stone.

1. The Ordinary World

Harry lives in number 4 Privet Drive with his Aunt and Uncle. Harry is bullied by Aunt Petunia, Uncle Vernon, and Dudley his cousin. He lives under a cupboard under the stairs.

2. Call to Adventure

Harry got a card from Hogwarts but Dudley snatched the letter from him. Uncle Vernon then reads it and tears it apart.

4. Meeting the Mentor

Harry was celebrating his birthday alone when Hagrid came in and smashed the door of its hinges. Then he sits down and tells Harry that he's a wizard.

5. Crossing the Thresholds

Hagrid transports Harry into Diagon Ally and shows that magic is real because Hagrid tapped some bricks and it opened on its own. Harry is now in the Special World in the Hero's Journey.

6. Allies, Trails, and Enemies

Ron, Hermoine, and Harry get stuck in the Devil's Snare while going down a trapdoor under Fluffy which is Hagrid's monstrous dog. Harry has to get a silver enchanted key to get to a door then has to play a life size wizards chess.

7. Approach to the Inmost Cave

Harry found that Professor Quirrell tried to kill Harry when he was playing Quidditch instead of Snape. Harry tries to run away but is stopped by Quirrell.

8. The Supreme Ordeal

Professor Quirell asks Harry to step into the Mirror of Erised to get the Stone and he lies that he has the stone. Quirrell later shows that he lives with Voldemort behind his head like a parasite.

9. Reward

Harrys' got the stone in his pocket and Voldemort knows that he is lying and commands Quirrell to kill Harry but does not succeed, instead his hand turns to ash. Harry finds out that he can "kill" Voldemort by grabbing Quirrell's face.

10. The Road Back

In Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone The Road Back is not included. The Road Back is not included in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone because Harry falls unconscious and ends up in the Hospital Wing.

11. Resurrection

Harry turns up in the hospital with Dumbledore. Dumbledore tells him what happened to him the night his parents were murdered and how he turned Professor Quirrell into ash.

Refusal of the Call

Uncle Vernon tears apart all of the letters from Hogwarts but after a week cards come bursting out of the Dursley's chimney. Vernon gets mad and moves out into a lighthouse.

12. Return with Prize

Harry, Ron, and Hermione say goodbye to Hogwarts and aboard The Hogwarts Express. Harry spots Hagrid and said goodbye and Hagrid gives Harry a photo album of his parents.
