Step 2: Click Unprocessed to check for unconfirmed orders.

Step 3: Click Prepare goods.

Step 4: Select Shipping Method (I will personally bring the goods to the post office or the shipping unit to pick up the goods) and select Confirm.

Then, the Seller needs to confirm the order according to the following steps:

•Sellers can have their own way of printing Shopee delivery notes for each item

• If there is no machine in the Shopee order, you can write the shipping code on a piece of paper and stick it on the parcel. Please rewrite other information in full if you want details. However, it is still better if there is a machine in the order.

• If you use the method of printing Shopee delivery notes on your phone, make sure your phone can connect to the printer.

1. Immediately after the Buyer clicks "Goods received"

2. On the 8th day since the order was successfully delivered and the Buyer has no return/refund request

3. Immediately after the return/refund request is processed

Step 2: Choose a box/pouch that is slightly larger than the item.

Step 3: Fill empty spaces of the interior with filler material (e.g. packing peanuts, air pillow, honeycomb/shredded paper).

Step 4: Tape any openings of the box/pouch securely and reinforce the seams.

• On the Shopee application

To track order shipping on the Shopee app

1. Open the Shopee app and log in to your seller account.

2. Click the Orders tab.

3. Select the order to track.

4. Click on Shipping.

Here, the seller will see order information such as:

• Order status

• Bill of lading code

• Carriers

• Delivery schedule

• Shipment Details

Sellers can also click Track to view the detailed delivery schedule of the order.

• On the Shopee website

To track and manage order shipping on the Shopee website, sellers follow these steps:

1. Go to the Shopee website and log in to your seller account.

2. Click the Orders tab.

3. Select the order to track.

4. Click Shipping.

Here, sellers will see order information similar to the Shopee application.

Step 1: Tap on My Sales > To Ship > Arrange Shipment on Shopee App

Step 2: Choose the shipment type for the order and tap "Confirm"

Step 3: Select "Print Waybill" to generate a PDF file

Step 4: Wait for the PDF file to be generated

Step 5: Tap on the following icons to print, share or download the AWB file

• In case the order is only partially refunded, the buyer will have to bear all shipping costs.

• In case of a full refund in the case of a return and refund, Shopee will bear all shipping costs, and in cases where an immediate refund is required, the shipping costs will be borne by Shopee.

• There will also be a few exceptions where the seller will have to bear some additional costs if any additional costs arise.

- Complaints: If a complaint occurs, Shopee will have to intervene in this process and make the final decision. From the moment the seller receives the return order, the buyer can complain to Shopee within 2 days and vice versa.

- Buyer's side: You can arbitrarily cancel your order without giving any reason within 24 hours from the time of placing the order.

• To cancel an order, the buyer needs to go to the "Shopee" application.

• Click on "My Orders" and select the order you want to cancel

• Click "Cancel order".

• A notification that the order has been successfully canceled will then be sent.

- Seller‘s side: Regarding returned goods, the seller will not receive the returned goods and the initial payment will be refunded to the buyer by Shopee according to the original method.

- Buyer's side: Within 7 days of receiving your order, you can return the goods and get a refund.

• First, go to "My Orders".

• Click on the order you want to return, then select "Refund".

• A notification confirming the refund request will then be sent.

• From then on, within 6 days you need to prepare the order you want to return to send back to the seller. You can absolutely choose the form of delivery in the form of "Pick up and return goods at home" or you can use the form of "Send goods back at the post office".

- Seller‘s side:

• All order shipping information needs to be tracked by the seller. After receiving information that the order has been returned, the seller needs to check whether the order is damaged or not within 2 days to be able to complain with sufficient physical evidence.

• Shopee will refund the seller within 24 hours if the order does not have any problems. They need to respond when the returned order has any problems for Shopee and will be reviewed within 2 days.
