I am known for having the bible translated to English for the first time and we called it the King James Bible. One of my biggest success as ruler was founding Jamestown in the newly acquired land of America.

Well Hello! I am Charles I. I took King James I position as King of England. I myself believed in the divine rights of kings. I had many struggles with Parliament when it came to taxation, religion, and governance etc. I did in fact dissolve the governed body multiple times without their permission. Welp as we know it this caused things to escalate and started The English Civil War. I was later executed by my country for treason.

I had a part in the former, King Charles I's execution. I wanted a purtanical society. I had to double down on social control and teach strict practices of the church.
