When my son contracted Typhoid an illness that ended up taking his life. I was given an opportunity to take a job with the doctor who diagnosed my son. The job was to be an interpreter for his patients, I took this job to pay for the extremely expensive hospital bill. My son still died in his mother’s arms his whole body burning with fever. I was struggling with money so doctor offered to pay me double than what I was earning while teaching, I agreed. My wife doesn’t see eye to eye with me anymore. She wakes up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat, crying mourning her lost child. I must comfort her every night. Of course, I must provide for my other children and my wife. But my wife doesn’t see my new job as a gift she sees it the job that I got from my son’s death. That hurts me, she doesn’t even appreciate my position always calling my job “the doctors assistant” but it’s more than that. Just once I want her acknowledgment that I’m doing this job for them but I’m afraid she just won’t understand. Well, I’m looking to a new job its about being a tour guide I guess it hurt to try it. I just need something to get rid of this stress that I have

Mrs.Das and Mr. Das

The Das family came to me to show them around Konark and take them to the sun temple as their tour guide. Of course, I said yes but getting to meet them was a whole experience. First there was Mr. Das, He was overall exited to take a tour around Konark, he was prepared with a decent looking camera and all. Mrs. Das is a different story, she looks like an exceptional woman very attractive, but she is very arrogant when it comes to her family. Her personality is cold towards her children, almost like their strangers. Mr. and Mrs. Das have children one the children’s name is Ronny the oldest from the two boys. Then there was Bobby who was a little arrogant but was still there for his brother. The last one of the children was a little girl named Tina she carried a worn-out doll but overall a nice girl. They all seemed passionate about going on a tour to the sun temple, but Mrs. Das didn’t seem to care she just focused on painting her nail. There is something about Mrs. Das, the way talks about my job as an interpreter make me feel important like I’m valued. After we stopped for a break Mrs. Das asked for my address, I can’t wait for Mrs. Das to send me a letter so we can both talk about our life and how were compatible.

I'm an Interpreter

My job used to consist of teaching English and other languages but on one day my first son caught Typhoid. This condition took my sons life but while he was getting checked his doctor needed help with translation, so I became an interpreter it paid well but it came with the drawbacks of bad memories. My wife really didn’t like my job at the time she thinks it’s a reminder of who lost and she doesn’t like stating that I am an interpreter, she rather say I am a “doctors assistant”. I wanted there to be another reason to get out of the house, so I took a tour guide job showing people about Konark and taking them to the sun temple. I really enjoyed the silence and peace that would come from this job. And making it home to take of my shoes on a hard-working day was my highlight of my day.

Am I happy

I want to believe that my life was going well but it wasn’t after the death of my first son. I got a new job it was as an interpreter, but my wife sees it as a reminder of what we lost. My new job was an upgrade of my time teaching but with my wife never appreciating it makes me feel unappreciated. I looked for another job to get me away from home. So, I took up a tour guide job because I needed something to distract me from the depressing scenario at home. One day I got assigned to the Das family. They were a weird bunch but to sum it all up Mrs. Das cheated-on Mr. Das and asked me for advice for what to do. I was at a loss for words I just kept relating to her but when she brought up the topic of one of her children were not the fathers it made my skin crawl. I told her the best thing to do is to come clean but she didn’t want to hear that so she walked out the tour bus to catch up to her family. For the first time in a while maybe my life is going alright.

Do I contact Mrs.Das

When I first saw Mrs. Das I thought to myself that she had a beautiful figure, but she was very rude to her husband and her children. But something about that made me think of my family and how I behave with them. Maybe she was just like me, tired of everything currently going on. That made me exited maybe it was the way she liked talking about my job with such curiosity or it was the fact that she wanted to hear more stories about my work. When we got to a stop, she asked me for my address, this motion exited me. I made a whole scenario where she would send me letters and talk about how were un-happy then we would get together but by the end of the day it turns out the image I had for her was broken when she told me about a secret she kept from her husband. The secret being she cheated and one of her children isn’t her husbands. This news broke me, I told her to come out straight, but she didn’t like that answer so she left the bus to look for her family. One of her kids had incident and she ended up losing my address, that was when I knew I would not be contacting her.
