1-thermal energy is the total potential and kinetic energy of all the particles in an object or substance.

2-if the temperature increases the thermal energy increases and if the temperature decreases the thermal energy decreases.

3-freezing point is the temperature at which it changes from liquid to solid.

1_There are two types of vaporization: boiling and evaporation.

1_The boiling point of water is 100 celsius.

3_The faster the particles are moving , the greater their kinetic energy and the higher the temperature of substance.

Vaporisation.

means change from liquid to gas, it has 2 types.

1_ evaporation..it takes place at the surface of the liquid at any temperature.

2_Boiling..it takes place below the surface of the liquid and at the surface as well..it happens only at boiling point

Each substance has a certain boiling point.

1.That the change of state from liquid to solid is called Freezing.
