Among the challenges faced by our school canteen is that there are several animals roaming around the area near the school canteen such as cats and dogs. This has caused discomfort to teachers and students. We had to ask for the help of security guards to catch or chase the animal away.

The self-assessment made us realize that our cooking staff didn’t use any PPE. The fun thing is that we teach food processing and we therefore use PPE very strictly there! We are of course going to implement this with our staff!
