The heart and the lungs help you body breath and you could eat and drink a little before you run to give your body energy and nutrients it needs. It affects the skin down by the legs and the side of the stomach because you skin from your arms and you stomach are rubbing together and the legs are rubbing together. This could be stopped by wearing long pants and long sleeve shirt or you could wear a bodysuit. 
When you run it doesn’t really affect any cells because when you are running you are just moving your arms and legs. But this could be solved by practicing running and getting/being in good shape and your body will get used to the way you are moving your arms and legs. Also you can drink lots of water and you could exercise everyday to get used to running for long periods of time.
