i think pantry. if we want to make it more private. if we want the pupils to see then i guess the entrance of the staff room will be more open.

I think the pantry or general office or the photocopying room (level 2) may be possible places for such a board as while teachers are waiting for their worksheets to be printed, they can also take time to read the things on the wall.
