The learning modules could be educational, professional, or skill based.

Neuroscience reveals that people are able to focus intently for about 20 minutes, with much of the knowledge forgotten within 24 hours.

The “Forgetting Curve” theory states that you lose 50% of what you learned within 24 hours and 90% over 30 days - might explain why I walk into a room & can’t remember why I’m there! 🤣

• MicroLearning's easy-to-digest content enables strong neural pathways to be formed and knowledge is retained over time.
