A house style is where a brand/organisation use a similar design or structure throughout their products to represent continuity. This is crucial for artists to have an identifiable house style as this helps them promote and market the products they are putting out to their audience so that the products show the artist is different from other musicians. This furthermore creates a unique identity for musical genres due to the house style. Audiences are able to find products of a particular artist through their logo. This can either be the artists name/symbol or star image as unique appearances, personas gain memorability. 

For the products I have created, the house style used focuses on both the appearance of the artist and the style of the overall album in order to establish the genre of pop. I have ensured that I use the same artist I have previously used for my music video to demonstrate continuity onto my digipak and poster that I have created. The colour scheme used appeals to the artists alter ego as she is feminine and all about romance so soft colours such as deep reds and muted pinks. This shows the targeted audience a representation of her persona. I have also used the same image of my artist from my CD front cover of my artist expressing seriousness to the camera while being seductive as this is the star image I am trying to portray her as. This is a common pop convention used through pop females as in current times, 'sex sells'. Information such as when the album I have created is releasing is present on the poster as this is a form of advertisement. Other pieces of information such as 'Includes hit single Thinking About You' draws the attention of audiences as it's a familiar song people have all heard due to its success. This would furthermore mean audiences would want to find out more information about the artist by following the website on the poster.

There is a clear relationship between my music video that I created and the media products as I have used similar styles and incorporated them into each aspect. For example, the colour scheme of the soft pastel pink colour within the close up shot of Kamila laying on the bed was continued onto my digipak so that audiences are aware that both products are related. I have also included the artist Kamila in all of my products to ensure audiences have a clear understanding of this relation. This was also a convention that was commonly used within pop female singers where the artist was included in all products. I ensured that I have targeted the right audience through analyzing and taking in feedback of what my focus group expect. Throughout the process of creating my media products and music video, I ensured that I used the exact same lighting throughout the project to represent continuity. This allows my audience to understand the products are related in some way. The lighting used within these products creates a crisp finish to the images due to the light capturing fine detail which sum into a high resolution image. This is a typical convention within pop albums as high resolution images connote the idea of the album being hard working as this creates seriousness with the audience. Studio lighting also enhances my artists features which gives the idea of being a perfectionist due to the spot light being on her. I have used the same font throughout my digipak and poster with a sophisticated feel to it as swirly font would diminish the purpose of my audience as its childish. Even though the font is sophisticated, It still stands out to the viewer as it's in bold and clear so it would stick into their memory. This was created using Adobe Photoshop with the fonts that currently existing on the software as there was a wide range of fonts available. The reasoning for why I have used this font throughout my creations was due to the fact it is a main pop convention. This entices the audience to look further into my products and want to buy them. Because of this, I ensured that my artists appearance matched well with the songs she was creating. From the song titles, my artist Kamila seems like a strong, independent, young women who has been through thick and thin for love. This is shown through her glamorous make up which suggests she is chique yet old enough to handle what life throws at her. Kamila's outfit choices and style of hair played a significant role within my media products as this demonstrates her style and tastes that shes into. Because my artist wore very high fashioned clothing within these products allows the audience to gain a taste of what she is made out of. It almost gives the idea that she is confident as people may feel uncomfortable to wear the boundaries my artist is wearing. Location was also another aspect in which I represented Kamila's wealth in as I have included shots of the artist confidently strutting the high end streets of London.
