As in emotional pain or Animals feelings, emotional pain can't go away like if it never willl give you flashbacks or memories of it. Physical pain will soon go away but emotions? I don't think so. For example, If you were to have a lost in your family that emotional pain that was caused wouldn't go away like if you wouldn't remember of what had happen.
If you were to have fallen from a chair and hurt yourself that physical pain would eventually go away because everybody has to have a system to the point where if you would have gotten a bruise or swollen up out of the physical pain you are experiencing in the moment being, It will soon go away and not stay there forever since it was a small incident that had happen to you. In other words emotional pain can lead to stress levels that are highly caused also it could lead to depression if it was a hard emotion that yourself had to be experiencing. It could to having anxiety to always be thinking about it in the moment being.
Emotional pain will always stay in your mind  which that pain wont heel in a series of how it would not go away because is always gonna come around at a point of life and be emotional about it. everybody mind cells hold up to as many thoughts in life that you, yourself have gone through. Your brain cells refers to your mind which causes memories to come back, flashbacks to be caused and which leads to emotional pain again to be caused.
All normal people have feelings. Perhaps we have feelings all the time, if we weren't to experience the emotional psychological pain that most people go through So if you thought that Physical pain is more hard to get over than think about it how come emotions from your past still affect you? Yeah i thought so. Emotional pain will take time to heal in you but physical wouldn't after-all.

Weapons could cause teachers loosing control, also it could get stolen and cause danger for people around the campus.
Firstly, loosing control, anxiety problems can cause a teacher shooting the gun on campus. In example, teachers could be having a bad day and loose control with all the pressure they have, so that could lead to shooting a bullet to students. So why should teachers have guns on campus, when it could only cause problems and danger.
Secondly, on campus? a gun? Why have a gun on campus when it could get stolen by thieves or people that know that a gun is around. For example, containing a gun on campus with a teacher it could cause a shooting if someone was to out of nowhere have it and loose control of the gun.
As said, teachers shouldnt carry weapons to campus. It could cause ,  students or even the teachers, also it can cause danger to people around.
