Also, we can assume a burglary (cambriolage) happened because there is a safe (coffre-fort). Many pieces of evidence show that this takes place in winter (it snows outside, the calendar is 24th of December and there is fire in the fireplace).

There was an attempt of burglary (cambriolage) because the safe is untouched, but many things are scattered on the floor. A murder also happened because there was fight and a pool of blood is on the floor.

D: You told me you were at the China Town Express tonight and called 911.


W: Of course. It began earlier in the day. I was watering my plant. I looked out my window in my appartment, the one you visited, and I saw a dark-coloured vehicle with 2 men inside parked across the street. I didn't think anything of it, otherwise I would have reported it then.
We began our night, My employee and myself. And around approximately 2 hours 38, I looked in my rear view mirror and I saw what looked like the same men in the same vehicle following us. I made an evasive maneuvre, circle back and tail them to the restaurant. At which point the sergeant goes inside and recognize them as the same men from the home invasion. 


D: You told me you didn't see the men, then you didn't get a good look at them.
W: Well, it all came back to me when I saw them going in their shapes and their movements. And then I saw that one of the men had a gun under his shirt, and so I immediately got my phone and dialled 911


D: Is that your story?
W: That's what happened, that's why I'm sitting here with you. I think that the men saw my footage, and they tracked me down
D: You want to know what I think?
W: Yes please
D:I think you withhold information. I think you saw the 2 men in the murder house in Grenade Hills, and you saw the car, and you set on it, to get something you could film. What do you think about that?
W: I think that would be a very unprofessional thing for me to do in my business.
D: It would be murder.
W: I can understand why you're looking into it, but I didn't do anything like that. Nothing that would be considered wrong.
D: You don't fool me for a minute
W: I'm glad.
D: I think everything you said is a lie.
W: I wish my partner was here to backup what happened.
D: You left your dead partner!
W: No, the ambulance has arrived, they're trained professionals.
D: Yeah, and you seem very broken up about that.
W: Hum...He died doing what he loved.
D: You filmed him dying.
W: Hey that's what I do, it's my job. I like to say that if you're seeing me you're having the worst day of your life.
