They say that 3,900 children die a day from dirty water caused diseases. It also says that in 2030 two thirds of the population won't have access to clean drinking water. There's to much demand for the water we have. You could also use dirty water and purify it with a special technology to turn it drinkable. They think that whatever problem comes up because of water, we are going to be able to fix it.

In the world, 5 million children die under the age of 5 because of preventable diseases. In the world of rich people, there are very good vaccines which can cure a lot of diseases like diarrhea, headaches, among others. In the poor world, people cannot afford a health care and neither can they afford vaccines. In places like Africa, the doctors are not that good. Bill Gates says that in the world there should be an equal health care for everyone.

Shelter is one of the three fundamental things you need in life. This video mentions that in 2030 40% of the population will not have sufficient access to housing. From the population; 1 billion have no shelter, 1 billion have hand made homes, and 1 billion have outer homes like in N.Y.C. On the other hand, Greenhouses have 32% less electricity, and 30% less water than regular houses. All house roofs must have a mix of nanotechnology, solar energy, and photo-voltages. Every surface should be working in a way that is beyond just protecting people from rain, sun and cold. In the end of the video, Atkins said that in the future one element of the building needs to serve for as many functions as is possibly can. In a building the structure and architecture are not the most impressive parts. The most impressive part is how the building works, how each section of it has a function. Each element controls a function of the building, but in the future an element should have as many functions as possible.

A man in the video (Dean Kamen , Inventor)says " We cant assume that technology should be used to fix problems anymore. We need to use technology to prevent the people from assuming that war is a better strategie than any of the alternatives"

The video for this topic states how globally, we produce 5 billion tons of waste each year. Garbage is a huge problem, but there are people making use of other people's junk. It explains how people have created bags from wrappers, and works of art and stage props from discarded plastic, like old keyboards. The people in the video predict that people will continue to find new uses for waste. That someday, people will be searching for waste, and possibly even paying people for it, rather than paying people to take their waste away. The main concept is that waste is a huge problem and threat to the environment, but it can be solved.

In this video it tells us how all energy is basically coming from the sun. They also say that energy should be free and not the most expensive thing in the world, because there is more than enough. Coal is the worst thing to get energy from and those chemicals related to it because it pollutes. What they are trying to do is flip that entirely and have energy from sources that don't pollute. They also state that this problem will not be solved in 2-3 years it will take decades and a group of very smart people that really want to collaborate in this issue.
