I disagree with having to murder a fetus who has not been born into this world, but however I strongly agree that women have legal right on abortion, not the constitution/government. Abortion is a fundamental right protected by the constitution, the laws should be able to protect the women in this position and her own decisions by which she hereby gets to decide. Women may not be financially, mentally, physically, or emotionally ready to care for another human being if they can not do for themselves, so that’s where the women’s decision comes in. Critics believe that women should not have the legalized right for abortion, they should care and take full on responsibility for bringing a child into this world, but what the government may not understand is the pregnancy was an accident. This claim is an ideological difference that which women should have the legal right to do as she wants with the fetus. Although I disagree with abortion, I strongly believe that in doubt it is the women’s legal given right to make her own decision on what she chooses to do.

I am against legalized abortion and believe that the government should make abortion illegal. I strongly believe that If women becomes pregnant, they should accept the responsibility that comes with producing a child because if not you're otherwise child’s life and children need to know how life is. Opponents argue that it's a woman's right to do anything they want with their body, that a woman should choose whether they want a child or not. I say they're wrong because I believe in abstinence( no sex before marriage). The government should not have the power to decide whether or not the woman has the right to decide what she wants to do with her body. Taking the woman’s right to decide what is best for her is simply not okay. If a woman is forced to keep her child, she can grow to hate the baby and that can lead to abuse or abandonment. No child should ever go through that pain. Opponents argue that abortion is the killing of a human being, that it defies the word of god. Not everyone believes in god, politics should not be based on religious belief. Making it so that the personal beliefs of others dictates the lives of others is unfair, and the United States is all about equality and equity. I believe that every women had the right to do anything with their bodies, since it’s their bodies they control what they do with them. Democrats state that if a baby is unwanted, the baby should not come to this world. Republicans argue that abortions can lead to medical problems in the future for the mother. I disagree because if the process is done correctly, and in an abortion center that is approved, their might not even be any medical problems in the future for the mother, also a women shouldn’t have to carry a baby for 9 months if they don’t want to specially if they were raped. Abortion should legalized because aborting a child should be the woman's choice , not the government's . There are multiple factors that could contribute into a woman wanting to abort a child . Scenarios such as: the woman getting raped , lacking financial stability , not being mentally stable , etc . In some cases pregnancy is an accident , why give birth to a child when you can’t afford the necessary items to care for the child . I believe that abortion is a woman’s right and has the right to decide what to do with her body. I believe this because there are cases where the woman was raped and would not like to carry the child of the man who abused her, and as the democrats state, a baby should not be born into the world unwanted. The republican side argues that it is the woman’s fault that she is pregnant and therefore has to take full responsibility for the child, but sometimes it was not her choice whether or not she wanted to have a child. Some women are not mentally capable of having a child, and bringing it into the world without taking proper care for it is not fair. Therefore, I believe it should be the woman's choice whether they want to abort or not, not the government's or anyone else’s.

I am against abortion and i believe that it should be considered illegal in the state because to me, it doesn’t seem right. I dont think the state requires abortion and should just name it illegal, most of the people think is wron and are thinking the same way i do about this.Others agree that it should legal and to let women do whatever they want to their bodies because they have every right to. Most think it’s ok because sometimes mothers aren’t ready to raise a child of their own. If they didn’t want to have a child at that moment they shouldn’t be doing it and just wait till they get older, till their brain fully develops and have everything to make sure they raise the child properly. That’s what i think should happen, make abortion illegal, there’s no need to be getting rid of lives that haven’t even begun and never had a glimpse of the world.

I strongly believe that abortion should be against the law cuz you're taking someone's life before it starts. Saying that it is population control is like saying we are animals. Last I checked we pay bills. So you taking a person's life then is the same as if you take someone's life now. It like pre murder just because the baby wasn't born yet doesn't mean it's not alive. So I think that it should be illigel because you are killing the next generation. Maybe they could change the world you never know.

The most convincing argument to support this is saying that it is a women right to choose. They have a right to do what they want with their body it should not determined by someone else's beliefs but be a subject of choice. A weak argument made by the opposition  is that going through with abortion means less kids able to be adopted. This argument I completely disagree with. A person does not have a baby to put he or she in a home where he or she may or may not be adopted.
