In 2020 I started making my own paint from rocks and minerals. I use a glass muller during this process. I could purchase paint made from companies and factories, mass produced and manufactured, shipped internationally but instead I choose to make paint the slow way. It helps connect me to my process and I quite enjoy the soothing sounds of rocks and paint mixing on a marble surface.
