         <description><![CDATA[<div>It has been a challenge thinking about what to say or how to give positive advice to staff who have disestablished roles to help cope with change. It can be difficult sometimes feeling it's easy for me to give advice and stay positive because I'm not impacted. We care about our wider staff and the changes they are facing. Although some of us whos roles aren't impacted on paper, the disestablishments of our wider colleagues, their feelings and concerns do affect us because we care about how they feel. Being mindful, showing kindness and also listening to those impacted is crucial at this time.</div>]]></description>
