At our schools there are gender neutral bathrooms to include those who are gender non-conforming or non-binary. However, most bathrooms still prescribe to binary genders and the gender neutral bathroom is less accessible. Health classes also formally address topics including gender diversity, so this is included in school curriculum and help to dismantle bias. In Erika's school the Engineering class is primarily males and the teacher doesn't lend enough support to the female students pursuing STEM.
