I chose it because I think it is a problem that must be faced and solved for the society to have a crucial development.

It is relevant in society because the more people working and having a better lifestyle, the less social problems like stealing, drug addiction, drug trafficking and some others we will have.

I can contribute by focusing in people with special needs, poor conditions and economic difficulties to give them the chance of working on a new project.

My final thoughts about this topic is that one of the main problems in Colombia is the lack of job opportunities and that situation leads to some others that affect our Colombian society.

To improve this situation in our country, it is necessary to create more companies, more businesses in different areas, hiring people with abilities and skills to do tasks in different levels or education; from builders to administrators, manufacturing staff and jobs that can be done by all kinds of people.
