• I have learned that in buisness endevour, in order to gain more profit and secure a regular customer, we first have to be honest in our advertisment. This is because if our product are not as great as in our advertisment, the customer will spread rumors about our product. This will later make it dificult for us to gain more customer. secondly, we have to lower our ego. when dealing with multiple customer, it is normal to encounter some customer with wierd question. As a seller our job are to make sure the customer feel comfortable with our service. With this, the customers will have trust on us and potentially help us promote our business.

• Throughout this MPU course, I have learned many new things beyond just selling. One of the new skills I acquired was creating a Google Form to facilitate the process of buying and selling products online. I also learned how a transaction takes place, starting from sourcing suppliers to distributing products to customers. My main challenge was ensuring that customers received our products on time due to a busy class schedule. Overall, I am very proud that we managed to achieve our profit target in such a short time and will ensure that everything I learned during this course is applied in the future.

• At the end of this MPU course, I found out that leading the business operations for my soft cookies venture as part of my university course was a deeply rewarding and eye-opening experience. It challenged me to balance creativity with practicality, as I juggled tasks like managing finances, coordinating with team members, and refining our product to meet customer expectations. I learned the importance of clear communication and adaptability, especially when things didn’t go as planned, like dealing with unexpected supply issues or tweaking marketing strategies to boost sales. Beyond the practical skills, it was fulfilling to see the joy our cookies brought to people and the camaraderie it built within our team. This experience taught me not only how to lead but also how to listen, and it reinforced my belief in the power of collaboration and perseverance in turning an idea into a successful reality.

• Our friend's (our supplier) uses a high quality ingredients and have a good baking tools. In addition, he's been doing this buisness for quite some time which means we can say he is a skilled baker.
