This is considered a major asset for new teachers because new teachers often look for a quick answer to any given problem or situation. Real time connections also allow for discussion that could be extremely helpful for a new teacher when it comes to developing lesson plans and grasping a greater understanding of the curriculum. Real time help for new teachers allows for an easier and less stressful transition into the profession. The need for PLN's is rising so there are many tutorials and videos that have been created to assist anyone that wants to begin building a PLN.
