<title>4) A PLN allows teachers to be able to access&amp;nbsp;real time connection tools that allow them to get answers almost immediately. This is considered a major asset for new teachers because new teachers often look for a quick answer to any given problem or situation. Real time connections also allow for discussion that could be extremely helpful for a new teacher when it comes to developing lesson plans and grasping a greater understanding of the curriculum. Real time help for new teachers allows for an easier and less stressful transition into the profession. Feedback is an important aspect to real time connections, as well as social media because it will steer new teachers in the right direction when searching for answers on any given topic or situation.&amp;nbsp;</title>
