Under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, schools are not allowed to perform these evaluations on students without permission from a parent/guardian unless they go through a legal process to do so. Do you need to do a screening to see if something is possible or a more formal evaluation?

Have these strategies produced any significant differences in the child’s learning and development?
