Also I will unplug my devices from the wall I order to cut down on the emissions that are already effecting the Earth. In the future I hope that we will use more renewable energy sources such as water, wind, or sunlight. In Wisconsin I think water and wind energy would be the best choice. One way I can make a difference in my home is by switching out thr light bulbs for CFL light bulbs or more energy efficient ones. I can make in difference in my community by getting a ride from friends or family instead of taking a seperate car and burning more fuel. I can also ride a bike or walk to places that 
 are near by instead of taking a car. If I'm in a bigger city I could use public transportation instead my own vehicle. All of these things are ways that I can cut back one burning fuel with creates large amounts of carbon released into the air. By cutting back on CO2 emissions I'm releasing less air pollution which will lower the greenhouse effect and have less of an impact on our Earth. Global warming is something we need to take into consideration and by cutting back on what we do to pollute the air, we are doing just that.

One way I could reduce my Co2 impact is by using a sun oven, which uses solar heat to bake food. Our school though has a large flat roof, which would be perfect for placing solar panels. This would not only lower the schools Co2 impact, but after the initial cost of placing and purchasing the solar panels, it would also lower our schools energy bill. Our community also should add more windmills around Lake Wausau because the large areas and temperature difference from the water and the land would create lots of wind to spin the wind turbine. I think these ways would truly be a positive effort for me, our school, community, and world if we would switch to greener energy sources.

Some renewable and some nonrenewable. Some can effect things negative ways, coal is one that can effect us negatively. Coal puts out a large carbon footprint. Coal is used alot  for making electricity. Solar and wind power are another way to produce engery. The downfall is that you can't always depend on the sun, the sun isn't always going to be out. If I unplug the things I use when I'm done with them it can make a difference.
