Research Problem:

The English learning ability of Nay Kyaw Monastery students in Hlegu, Myanmar faces significant challenges due to various factors within the educational context. Despite the importance of English proficiency in today's globalized world, students encounter barriers that hinder their language acquisition and comprehension. These challenges may stem from factors such as limited access to quality educational resources, ineffective teaching methods, language barriers, and cultural differences.

Furthermore, traditional approaches to English language instruction may fail to engage students fully, resulting in limited motivation and retention of language concepts. In light of these challenges, there is a pressing need to explore innovative teaching approaches that can effectively enhance the English learning ability of Nay Kyaw Monastery students.

The Total Physical Response Teaching (TPR) Approach presents a promising opportunity to address these challenges by incorporating active participation and kinesthetic learning methods into English language instruction. However, to maximize the effectiveness of the TPR Approach in the context of Nay Kyaw Monastery, it is essential to understand the current conditions and factors influencing students' English learning ability.
