I would present them with a case study or scenario and get them to brainstorm to come out with ideas instead of feeding them the answers. I would host it on an e-padagogical tool like jamboard so that everyone will contribute. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Trait that stood out for me: Adult learners are more interested in problem solving than information gathering.&nbsp;<br>As a coach I could start by inviting them to share their challenges or perennial struggles. This could increase their buy-in for the session as well, and motivate them to participate more meaningfully in the session. So group coaching would be a bit like... we are an investigative team trying to get better at what we do! This connects to the map image that I selected in Activity 1.&nbsp;<br><br>It also connects to image 2 (football) -- apart from problem solving we should have fun while at it too :) </div>]]></description>
