I would present them with a case study or scenario and get them to brainstorm to come out with ideas instead of feeding them the answers. As a coach I could start by inviting them to share their challenges or perennial struggles. This could increase their buy-in for the session as well, and motivate them to participate more meaningfully in the session. So group coaching would be a bit like... we are an investigative team trying to get better at what we do! This connects to the map image that I selected in Activity 1.
