         <title>Anxiety &amp; me</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>"Anything worth doing is worth doing it badly"</strong> - writer and poet GK Chesterton.<br>Trying to get everything 'right' on our first attempt is a suffocating weight.  As a perfectionist, I've found myself putting off tasks for fear of failure. <br>I'm trying to learn to give myself the time and space to breath and get things 'wrong'.  <br>Letting go of that weight is liberating and has helped me get things done quicker.  If you try it you might surprise yourself and realise you weren't doing it 'badly' after all.<br><br><strong>There is no one size fits all, but research shows that forgiving yourself and finding purpose in helping others can help you to care for your own mental health :)</strong><br><br><strong>source:</strong> Olivia Remes, theconversation.com  <a href="https://getpocket.com/explore/item/surprising-ways-to-beat-anxiety-and-become-mentally-strong-according-to-science"><br>Managing Anxiety Research </a>  <br><br>[post ideas attached below]</div>]]></description>
