         <description><![CDATA[<div>As an administrator, we would want to address it on campus - either personally or in a staff meeting.&nbsp; preferably prior to an exchange like this happening.<br><br>Educate our staff on how to have the conversations that are difficult and to treat people with respect.<br><br>Provide parent education events.&nbsp; Perhaps show the video during a parent education workshop to start the conversation and discuss embracing different cultures.<br><br>As an educator we want conversations to happen, but ensure people celebrate and embrace differences.<br><br></div>]]></description>
