A whopping 85% of Australians over the age of 15 were active users of the web. So what does this mean for the greater good of the not-so-keen internet users? Do they sit and stare blankly at a wall all day while the rest of us scroll through Instagram?

 

The concept of the digital divide is rooted in the gap between people who do not have readily available modern technologies and those that do. (What is Tech Target, 2014).
