         <description><![CDATA[<div>Paracetamol is recommended as one of the first treatments to be used for mild pain relief. While some users may encounter side effects depending on their diet and other medicine they may be using, taking the suggested dosage doesn't impose large risks. This is what makes it a safer pain killer as opposed to stronger ones such as opioids and antidepressants (Health&nbsp; Direct, <em>n.d.</em>).&nbsp;<br><br>It is important to remember that it still carries risks as you can overdose on it and it will likely have an effect on other medication you could be taking.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
