I have done well in cutting the vegetables by cutting it in equal pieces.I could improve in the speed of cooking.The collaboration was quite good but it could be better in listening to the correct instructions. I liked my shepherds pie it was delicious and it did not taste too salty .

2) I think I have done well in the cutting and the cooking as the cutting was small enough and I was using the right technique and the food were cooked and I did not burn down the kitchen.

We can definitely do better in the cooperation as we were not working together well.

I think I did well in cutting the ingredients and I feel that I can improve in the time management and finishing on time. I think I can increase the communication with my partner and I feel that we could have finished the Sheperds pie quicker if we had communicated better.

Reflection: I cooked and ate and left no crumbs I also managed to not burn the food and I could try improve my cutting tomato skills as the juice inside of it squirted on my face many times. My collaboration with my partner(Lucas Liew/John) was good and he was surprisingly good at cooking. Yes I like my shepherds pie and as a first time I wouldn’t say my cooking was that bad. I would like to focus on how to know when to stop cooking so I will be aware when it is done cooking.

My reflection:

As this is my first time cooking by my self,I actually am quite proud of my cooking and it turned out almost like what I wanted it to.one thing I want to improve is my cutting skills.i think that I could have cut all the vegetables more orderly.my partner actually did not do much other than mashing the potatoes.one thing I did good was that I was able to season the chicken properly and I was also able to cook the chicken properly.for the next lesson I hope that I am able to learn more new skills and also improve on the current skills that I have learned.

I have tried to do the cutting of vegetables but I did not do well so I asked my partner Alysha if she wanted so take over as we were running out of time so we switched roles and I started mashing the potato’s and it was much better for both of us and we were able to work together and finish making the shepards pie .
