'To be or not to be' , that is the question. Should I or should I not disclose my areas of vulnerability, how will it be perceived by those whom I care about and even by those whom I don’t care about. Though I have  now understood that it is alright to be vulnerable, still will maybe take sometime to internalise this!

Without experimenting and taking risks, there cannot be innovation in the teaching-learning process. So a leader has to be bold in taking risks which can make him seem vulnerable if the initiative fails.
