         <title>In RE, we ensure that all courses cover the five content areas and that each unit focuses on at least two of these areas. I fond the morality and justice content area is used in more focused units on these topics where as the other four content areas ebb and flow in all units. </title>

         <title>We have just moved as a school to focussing on a content area per term, with one woven through the year. This varies from level to level. We has enabled a deepened learning of the Content Area, as well as, quality movement through the three strands.</title>

         <title>In planning with teams, we look at the big theme for the term and develop the key questions based on student voice and looking at the relevant content descriptors across the 5 content areas. For some year levels, it works for a particular content area to be covered in a term, for others, there may be elements from 2 or 3. We map as we go which ones have been accessed. </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Over the year, we map and highlight all content areas are covered. We often find that our units will lean towards covering one content area, but will always be covering areas of others as well. Working in composite grades means we need to cognizant of balancing the content areas over a two-year cycle. The content areas can often help us focus on the key ideas students need to understand when we lose focus. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that teaching a content area per term can help create rich, relevant, and rigorous teaching for students.  At the moment we are rushing through topics to tick boxes, rather than giving students a better understanding of their faith.</div>]]></description>

However, I am concerned that in some year levels the depth in which each strand is implemented varies. It would be wonderful to challenge ourselves to improve upon this next year. </div>]]></description>
