         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>The creator makes the audience paranoid, implying that they could die even if they escape a nuclear explosion, and, as a result, motivating the audience to look more closely at the poster and seek the information and training they need. The ellipsis in the phrase “You can protect yourself from...“ is important because is leaves a pause for the audience to think about the threat contained in the two big bold words. (“RADIOACTIVE FALLOUT”) that will provoke a sense of overwhelming panic and the need for immediate action on the part of the audience</div>]]></description>
